Shipping policy

• Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days for in-stock items.
• For custom orders, please allow 5-7 business days.
• Shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not guaranteed.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Buyers can also choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.
• During holiday season, shipping rates and delivery times may increase.
• A tracking number will be sent to your email once the shipping label is created.
• Clay Sweet Clay, LLC dba WIDYA Designs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in-transit. Once the package is handed to the postal service, the responsibility shifts to the carrier, and the buyer must file a claim with the carrier for any issues.
